- Yoga at LEAST once a week
- Cut Gluten From My Diet COMPLETLY for 1 month and see how it goes.
- thinking of cutting out potatos and any grains, something a family member is doing, they lose alot of weight but idk how good it would be for me.
- Do Zumba a few times a week
- Run 1-2 miles a week, this should be by foot outside preferrably, but tredmill will do as when.

You can do it!! :) not sure about cutting out potatoes and rice completely just watch your portions and try to stay away from white rice.
