PROJECT DELAY

I've been sick, and I also talked to a doctor, losing weight THAT quickly is not a good idea. So I'll be redoing a Few things in the coming weeks =)

this months goal

  • Yoga at LEAST once a week
  • Cut Gluten From My Diet COMPLETLY for 1 month and see how it goes.
    • thinking of cutting out potatos and any grains, something a family member is doing, they lose alot of weight but idk how good it would be for me.
  • Do Zumba a few times a week
  • Run 1-2 miles a week, this should be by foot outside preferrably, but tredmill will do as when.
List will probably chance within the next week, any suggestions list them below please!

Intended goal

My height is 5"4 i am 17
My current bmi is 36.2 (211 lb)
I Will to reach the BMI of 22.3 (130lb)
 by jan/10/2012
i need to loose 81 lbs
thats about 4.5 pounds a week, it seems like alot but i think it'll be easy =)
